Why I coach:
Fitness:
Since I was 6 years old and discovered sport (especially running), I have been an avid sports fan in every way. Growing up within a family who competed nationally in track athletics and nationally in Tai Kwan do, the passion for sport and my energy for life became natural.
I am now a very experienced runner having now completed 15 marathons (as well as many half marathons, numerous 10 kms and 5kms). However, my expertise lie in ultra running and endurance races competing in many ultra distance races (30 miler, 40miler and 50milers+). I am currently a member of Serpentines Running Club in London and have been a Watford Harriers Club member (where I trained with Kelly Holmes), athletic champion on the track for many years and captained many athletic teams. I regularly take part in Thai boxing and have training in Aikido and Tae Kwon Do.
I have coached many clients over this time in such specific goals running and non running for general fitness training, competition specific training (such as marathons), nutritional advice and recovery from sports related injuries but am always adding other skills to my repertiore.
My goal is your success.
